"So, the lady I talked to, whose first name was Tonya, I believe, had been a nurse in long-term
care and others for quite a while. And so, since I’m a consultant pharmacist for the last 20 years,
you know, I’m pretty much doing chart reviews in long-term care, it was kind of like she and I were,
like, totally in tune. You know, I’d get ready to ask the question, you know, about maybe doing this
and she would say, “Well, you know, you could do this.” And so, like, whenever I would think of something,
she would think of it or vice versa. And so it was really great, and she was – she really seemed to care
about my mom and the issues that were going on with her. You know, giving suggestions about this or that.
And so, I mean, it was very professional. It was very great."
