Speaking with your doctor concerning your healthcare can be difficult. These are just a few of the resources the BCMP can share to help guide you on the best ways to talk with your doctor about your healthcare needs.
It is very important to speak with your doctor or healthcare provider about all of the drugs (including over-the-counter) you are taking. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has a form available where you can keep track of all the drugs you are taking.
